Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Smart Cashback & Rewards Platform ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Platform. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the Platform operator.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Platform. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. The Platform is not available to persons in jurisdictions where such use would be prohibited by law.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Platform, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. The Platform reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or remove content at its sole discretion.

4. Platform Services

The Platform provides a queue-based advertising package reward system. Services include advertising package creation, queue management, reward distribution, referral programs, and wallet management. All services are provided "as is" and subject to availability. The Platform reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.

5. Queue System

The Platform operates a queue-based advertising cashback system. Advertise Package purchases create queue-based Cashback IDs, and cashback processing follows FIFO position order within the relevant queue. Queue readiness depends on wallet funding and platform mechanics. The Platform does not guarantee specific payout timelines or reward amounts.

6. Rewards and Earnings

Rewards are distributed when queue wallet balances reach their configured trigger amounts. When triggered, 75% of the wallet balance is distributed to the first active FIFO Cashback ID in the specific queue, and 25% is retained by the Platform as administrative fee. All rewards are credited to user earnings wallets. The Platform makes no guarantees regarding the frequency or amount of rewards.

7. Deposits and Withdrawals

Users may deposit funds to earn additional advertising packages. Withdrawals are processed from earnings, referral, and achievement wallets subject to minimum withdrawal amounts and processing times. The Platform reserves the right to delay or deny withdrawals if suspicious activity is detected. All withdrawal requests are subject to verification and compliance checks.

8. Referral Program

The Platform uses a Direct Sponsor Reward and Partner Leadership Plan. Every approved user begins as Partner. Leadership levels require the configured Champion Rank and the configured number of unique Direct or Smart Sponsor referrals at the required Champion Rank or higher. Monthly Partner rewards are percentage shares of the Leadership Reward Pool and require current-month qualification. The Platform reserves the right to modify qualification criteria and reward settings with reasonable notice.

9. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to: (a) use the Platform for any illegal purpose; (b) create multiple accounts; (c) attempt to manipulate queue mechanics or reward distribution; (d) use automated systems or bots to interact with the Platform; (e) harass, abuse, or harm other users; (f) attempt to gain unauthorized access to Platform systems; (g) engage in any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Platform shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill. The Platform's total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid to the Platform in the twelve months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

The Platform may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason deemed appropriate. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease. You may request account closure at any time. Any pending withdrawals will be processed in accordance with Platform policies.

12. Changes to Terms

The Platform reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. Material changes will be communicated via Platform announcements.
